The online store bananko.pl is operated by Bartosz Banasik, based at: Łączna 68E, 27-200 Starachowice, Poland.

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, and concluding sales agreements.

2. These Terms apply to all Customers.

3. Each Customer is required to read them before making a purchase.

4. By using the Store, the Customer agrees to comply with these Terms.

  • Customer – any person using the Store.
  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not related to business activity.
  • Store – the online store available at bananko.pl.
  • Seller – Bartosz Banasik.
  • Product – any item available for purchase in the Store.
  • Order – a purchase request submitted by the Customer.

All prices are gross (including tax). Delivery costs are calculated separately.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday).

10. Proof of Purchase
A receipt is issued for every order. Invoice available on request.
