Refund policy
1. COMPLAINTS (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS)
1. Liability
The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the Product with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
2. Complaint Rights
If the Product is defective or not in conformity with the contract, the Customer may request:
- repair
- replacement
- price reduction
- withdrawal from the contract (in justified cases)
3. Complaint Submission
Complaints can be submitted:

4. Required Information
The complaint should include:
- Customer details
- Order number
- Description of the issue
5. Return Shipping (Complaints)
If the complaint is accepted, the return shipping cost is covered by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to choose the courier service for the return.
6. Processing Time
The Seller will process the complaint within a reasonable time.
2. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. Withdrawal Right
The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 31 days without giving any reason.
2. How to Withdraw
To withdraw from the contract, the Customer must send a statement via:

3. Return Deadline
The product must be returned within 14 days from withdrawal.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof of return.
6. Delivery Costs
Only the cheapest delivery method is refundable.
7. Product Condition
The Customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
8. Exceptions (No Right of Withdrawal)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made or personalized products, including items made to the Customer’s specifications (e.g. custom embroidery)
- products that have been clearly personalized or modified at the Customer’s request
- sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- digital content delivered electronically, once performance has begun with the Customer’s consent
- services that have been fully performed, if the Customer agreed to begin the service before the withdrawal period
