Shipping policy
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the selected payment method, delivery option, and destination country.
The Store uses various carriers, including:
- international courier services (e.g. DPD, DHL)
- national postal operators (e.g. Poczta Polska and its international partners)
The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before placing the order.
Free shipping is available for selected orders.
2. Delivery Time
The standard delivery time is 7–10 business days from the moment:
- payment is received, or
- the order is placed (cash on delivery)
For highly customized products (e.g. embroidery), the processing time may be extended in exceptional cases up to 15 business days.
3. Shipping Area
Orders are delivered:
- within Poland
- internationally (worldwide shipping available)
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
4. Order Tracking
Once the package is shipped, the Customer will receive an email with:
- tracking number
- tracking link
Shipment status can be monitored online.
